Overview
Our internship program offers students and early-career professionals hands-on exposure to an integrated design/build practice. Interns rotate across our architectural, estimating, and field teams — contributing to real projects while learning how design and construction come together under one roof. You may assist with drawing sets, takeoffs and estimates, site visits, submittals, and field documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical, well-rounded experience in a firm that designs and builds its own work across commercial, residential, industrial, and pre-engineered metal building projects.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in design/build and the construction industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Hebron, OH office and project sites
- Ability to commit to a full semester or summer internship
- A willingness to learn across both office and field environments
