Overview
As a Project Architect at Project Architecture & Construction, you will lead the architectural design and construction documentation efforts for a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial projects throughout Central Ohio. Working under a Registered Architect, you will translate client goals and site constraints into coherent, buildable designs — guiding projects from schematic design through construction administration. Our integrated design/build model means you will collaborate directly with our estimating and field teams, ensuring that design intent is realized in the built work.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Licensure as a Registered Architect, or active pursuit of licensure
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Ohio building codes and ADA compliance
- Experience producing full construction document sets
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
