Project Overview

We took an old bank and apartments and turned them into a restaurant and bar for this project. This three-story, 9,600 sq. ft. building is located in the heart of charming Granville, Ohio, home to Denison University. The original construction was in 1912 and housed many businesses there throughout the years, including Brews Cafe, Donatos, and many more. One thing we really loved about his project was the mix of industrial steel framing and old brick detailing inside of the building.
