Overview
Our Carpenters and Field Crew are the hands that build our projects — performing skilled carpentry and field work on custom homes, additions, and commercial builds across Central Ohio. You will work under our superintendents to frame, trim, and finish to a high standard, supporting every phase of construction from rough work through final details. We're looking for dependable craftspeople who take pride in quality workmanship, show up ready to work, and care about the finished product as much as we do.
Requirements
- 3+ years of carpentry experience (rough and finish)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Ohio
- Own a basic set of hand tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work safely and follow direction on an active job site
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
