Overview
Estimators at Project Architecture & Construction prepare accurate material, labor, and project cost estimates across our commercial, residential, and pre-engineered metal building work. You will analyze drawings, solicit subcontractor pricing, and build detailed estimates that inform our proposals and project budgets. Your work directly shapes which projects we pursue and how we deliver them profitably.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift)
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
