Overview
Superintendents at Project Architecture & Construction lead our field operations, running on-site construction across active design/build projects throughout Central Ohio. You will be the firm's eyes and hands in the field — coordinating daily trade work, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing the project schedule, and keeping work progressing on time and on budget. As a design/build firm, you will work directly alongside our project managers, architects, and estimators, turning drawings into a well-built reality. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, and delivering a project the right way.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field construction supervision experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Strong knowledge of commercial and residential construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Demonstrated leadership of subcontractor crews and trade coordination
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Ohio
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship
