Overview
Project Managers at Project Architecture & Construction own the successful delivery of design/build projects from kickoff through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication across multiple active projects — serving as the primary point of contact for owners and trade partners. Working closely with our architectural and field teams, you will keep projects on time, on budget, and to our quality standard, while maintaining the trusted relationships that drive our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Demonstrated success managing budgets of $1M–$10M+
- Proficiency with construction scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
- Strong subcontractor and vendor relationships in Central Ohio
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent organizational, financial, and communication skills
