Project Architecture & Construction completed a state-of-the-art commercial headquarters and race shop facility for championship motorsports organization Meyer Shank Racing in Pataskala, Ohio.

Key Highlights:

* Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB): Engineered and erected a high-clearance, heavy-duty steel structure tailored for elite IndyCar and IMSA sports car operations.
* Specialized Race Shop Bays: Built precision machine shop areas, sub-assembly bays, engine clean rooms, and multi-bay vehicle prep zones with specialized floor coatings.
* Corporate & Team Headquarters: Integrated multi-story corporate executive offices, engineering debrief suites, driver fitness facilities, and client hospitality areas.
* Turnkey Commercial Execution: Coordinated all civil engineering, concrete foundation pouring, structural steel erection, and heavy MEP (mechanical/electrical/plumbing) systems.
